Track Manager - IAM Service Delivery

Job Summary

This role oversees the delivery of complex identity and access management (IAM) operations, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless service for large-scale projects. The individual is accountable for achieving client service levels, optimizing IAM processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leading teams to deliver secure and efficient identity management solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead IAM operations using advanced IAM platforms (such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Azure AD), ensuring adherence to client SLAs and proactive incident resolution.
2. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing IAM processes and implementing enhancements for efficiency, compliance, and security using automation tools and best practices.
3. Mentor and guide IAM support teams by providing expert knowledge in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
4. Oversee the integration and management of IAM technologies, ensuring secure and seamless user access across enterprise systems.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess client requirements and translate them into actionable IAM service solutions, ensuring transparency in communication and project goals.
6. Identify and implement innovative solutions for IAM process optimization, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
7. Ensure robust incident, change, and problem management in IAM environments, applying expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize service disruptions.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Understanding Of Iam Tools And Technologies Such As Sailpoint, Okta, Cyberark, Microsoft Azure Ad, Or Similar Platforms.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Process Optimization, Workflow Automation, And Reporting Within Iam Operations.
3. Strong Skills In Troubleshooting, Incident Management, And Root Cause Analysis In Complex Iam Environments.
4. Excellent Ability To Mentor Teams, Communicate Technical Concepts, And Drive Strategic Improvements In Iam Operations.

Other Requirements

1. Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are recommended and valuable
