Key Responsibilities
2. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents using advanced diagnostics tools in Websphere and WebLogic, driving continuous improvement in incident response and resolution.
3. Implement process automation and monitoring enhancements using JBoss and related middleware tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
4. Collaborate with support teams to strategize and execute complex migrations, upgrades, and patching activities across application server platforms, minimizing downtime and risk.
5. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for application server administration, security hardening, and configuration management.
6. Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable support strategies, ensuring alignment of operational practices with business objectives.
7. Champion adoption of innovative tools, scripts, and methodologies to streamline operations and improve reporting, information flow, and business process planning.
8. Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer for all major operational changes and new solutions implemented across platforms.

2. Advanced Skills In Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, And ProblemSolving Within Complex, MultiTier Environments.
