Job Summary
Objectives: To be the key person to oversee the Technical operations and drive Service Delivery from a technical viewpoint for the customer’s IT estate. Roles & responsibilities : • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge in various technologies especially on Windows, VMware, Citrix, Storage and Backup technologies. Should have spent at least 5-7 years hands-on on these various technologies. • Strong theoretical knowledge in Databases (predominantly SQL) and Networking. Practical exposure desirable. • Strong knowledge in ITIL processes • Accomplishes IT operations making effective use of team members – required to evaluate, select & hire candidates for staffing the operations. Responsible for orientation, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching & counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Achieves IT operations operational objectives by maintaining current system; evaluating, recommending, testing and installing new technology; contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. • Meets IT operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assist for an annual budget; • Determines IT operations service requirements by analyzing needs of users/departments; prioritizing modifications to core system applications; resolves organizational conflict; developing and implementing documentation requirements for problem resolution. • Improves quality results by evaluating and upgrading processes; directing changes. • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in new technologies for Infrastructure architecture, capacity, and response time. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Experience in designing solutions and preparing technical architecture documentation • Experience of managing schedules and logistics • Supervisory experience of various technical teams; Establishes goals and provides regular feedback to team members. • Excellent communication and organizational skills

1. Excellent Skills In Designing And Integrating Rest/Soap Apis For EnterpriseScale Solutions.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Angularjs For Developing Dynamic Interfaces And Custom Dashboards.
3. Strong Understanding Of It Operations Management Concepts And Process Optimization.
4. Excellent Analytical And ProblemSolving Abilities, With A Proactive Approach To Continuous Improvement.
5. Advanced Ability To Mentor And Technically Lead Teams In Tools And Automation Projects.
Other Requirements
1. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist � ITOM (recommended).
2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (optional but valuable).
3. ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but valuable)
