Job Summary

This role is accountable for overseeing the operational management of complex cloud environments, leveraging AWS and Terraform to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with client SLAs. The individual drives process optimization, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and empowers teams through expert guidance and strategic problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and optimize AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available environments for large-scale operations.
2. Lead operational management by implementing advanced monitoring, incident response, and automation solutions with AWS CloudWatch, Lambda, and Terraform modules.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance and introducing innovative automation and cost optimization techniques in AWS environments.
4. Mentor and empower the support team by providing expert guidance on Terraform scripting, AWS best practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.
5. Ensure compliance with client SLAs by proactively identifying risks, resolving critical incidents, and maintaining comprehensive operational documentation using AWS-native tools.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into robust cloud solutions, leveraging advanced AWS services and infrastructure-as-code principles.
