Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Architect and implement IAM process improvements using automation tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, workflow efficiency, and incident management.
3. Oversee and drive resolution of escalated IAM issues by applying expert knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and access provisioning tools.
4. Mentor and guide IAM support teams in deploying and maintaining identity lifecycle management solutions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client access requirements into scalable IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory mandates.
6. Identify, evaluate, and introduce innovative IAM technologies and best practices to optimize security posture and streamline operations.
7. Ensure comprehensive documentation and transparent communication of IAM policies, procedures, and project goals within the operations team.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Automating Iam Processes Using Scripting Languages (E.G., Powershell, Python) And Workflow Tools.
3. Strong Experience In Access Provisioning, Identity Lifecycle Management, And Compliance Reporting.
4. Excellent ProblemSolving And Analytical Skills For Complex Incident Management And Root Cause Analysis.
