Job Summary

This role is accountable for overseeing complex privileged access management operations and Java-based solution enhancements, ensuring secure and efficient support for enterprise environments. The position drives operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and innovation while empowering teams to deliver robust, SLA-compliant services that align with organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead advanced administration and optimization of SAVIYNT PAM and XCEEDIUM/CA/BROADCOM PAM platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient privileged account operations.
2. Architect and implement custom automation and integrations using Java to streamline PAM workflows, enhance reporting, and improve incident response processes.
3. Oversee and enhance operational processes for privileged account lifecycle management, including provisioning, monitoring, and deprovisioning using PAM tools and Java-based solutions.
4. Analyze and resolve complex incidents and service requests related to PAM infrastructure, applying expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in PAM operations by identifying gaps, proposing technical enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions using Java and PAM technologies.
6. Ensure team adherence to security standards, audit requirements, and client SLAs through expert guidance, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
7. Mentor and empower team members in advanced PAM operations and Java best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align PAM solutions with organizational security objectives and regulatory compliance needs.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Proficiency In Java Development For Automation, Integration, And Workflow Customization Within Pam Environments.
2. Advanced Understanding Of Privileged Account Lifecycle Management, Access Control, Security Auditing, And Compliance Frameworks.
3. Strong Skills In Troubleshooting, Incident Resolution, And Root Cause Analysis For Complex Pam And JavaRelated Issues.
4. Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Capabilities In Technical Teams.
