Key Responsibilities
2. Architect and implement custom automation and integrations using Java to streamline PAM workflows, enhance reporting, and improve incident response processes.
3. Oversee and enhance operational processes for privileged account lifecycle management, including provisioning, monitoring, and deprovisioning using PAM tools and Java-based solutions.
4. Analyze and resolve complex incidents and service requests related to PAM infrastructure, applying expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in PAM operations by identifying gaps, proposing technical enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions using Java and PAM technologies.
6. Ensure team adherence to security standards, audit requirements, and client SLAs through expert guidance, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
7. Mentor and empower team members in advanced PAM operations and Java best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align PAM solutions with organizational security objectives and regulatory compliance needs.
