Job Summary

 AWS/IaaS - L3 Administrator\r\n\r\n• Architect and build highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure utilizing services like EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, EKS, RDS, etc.\r\n• Deep expertise in troubleshooting complex IaaS issues across various services (Networking, Storage, VMs, etc.)\r\n• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.\r\n• Design and implement disaster recovery plans for critical AWS resources.\r\n• Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks for AWS resources.\r\n• Implement cost optimization strategies for AWS expenses.\r\n• Configure access controls and IAM policies for secure access.\r\n• Share knowledge and expertise through mentorship and documentation\r\n• Proficiency in advanced AWS CLI, SDKs, and scripting languages for extensive automation and custom solutions\r\n• Develop and implement custom monitoring dashboards and scripts for proactive problem identification\r\n• Analyze and optimize IaaS resource utilization for cost efficiency using AWS Cost Explorer and Reserved Instances\r\n• Utilize performance monitoring tools like Amazon CloudWatch to identify and address performance bottlenecks\r\n• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and contribute to technical architecture discussions\r\n• Automate routine tasks using AWS CLI, SDKs, and scripting languages like Python or Bash.\r\n• Manage and maintain documentation for AWS infrastructure and deployments.\r\n• Implement and manage security best practices and controls for AWS resources.\r\n• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement an AWS cloud adoption roadmap\r\n• Proactively identify and recommend new technologies and solutions for adoption.\r\n• Mentor and guide junior IaaS administrators and share technical expertise\r\n• Actively participate in knowledge sharing initiatives within the IT team\r\n• Contribute to the development of AWS best practices and documentation within the organization\r\n• Collaborate with developers and other IT teams on cloud initiatives.\r\n .
