Job Description\r\nThe Intune Specialist is responsible for managing, deploying, securing, and supporting devices using Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) ecosystem. This role ensures compliance, modern device management, application deployment, and strong security posture for Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS devices.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n1️⃣ Device Management\r\nConfigure and manage Windows 10/11, Android, iOS/iPadOS, and macOS devices through Intune/MEM.\r\nImplement Autopilot for zero‑touch provisioning.\r\nSet up and maintain Enrollment restrictions, Device compliance, and Configuration profiles.\r\n2️⃣ Application Management\r\nDeploy and manage Win32 apps, LOB apps, Microsoft Store apps, and mobile apps.\r\nCreate and maintain App protection policies (MAM).\r\nManage app updates, deployments, and assignments.\r\n3️⃣ Security & Compliance\r\nCreate Compliance policies and integrate with Conditional Access (Azure AD).\r\nConfigure Endpoint Security policies, including:\r\nAntivirus (Defender)\r\nFirewall\r\nDisk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault)\r\nMonitor and remediate non-compliant devices.\r\n4️⃣ Monitoring & Troubleshooting\r\nMonitor device health, compliance status, and deployment reports.\r\nTroubleshoot enrollment, policy application, and application deployment issues.\r\nUse Log Analytics, Intune reports, and Defender for Endpoint integrations.\r\n5️⃣ Governance & Documentation\r\nMaintain documentation for Intune policies, procedures, and architecture.\r\nDevelop SOPs for IT support teams.\r\nImplement governance for device lifecycle and policies.\r\n6️⃣ Collaboration\r\nWork with Security, Cloud, and Infra teams to define device strategy.\r\nSupport migrations from SCCM/Group Policy to modern management (Intune).
Key Responsibilities
2. Drive advanced automation initiatives using Intune PowerShell and Azure Automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and incident resolution within the device management landscape.
3. Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues across Intune, SCCM/SMS, and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution to maintain high service availability.
4. Oversee client onboarding and policy configuration in Microsoft Intune, adapting device management strategies to meet evolving organizational and security requirements.
5. Mentor and empower support teams through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation in MDM, Intune, and client lifecycle management.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance operational processes and client satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all device management operations using MS Enterprise Mobility Suite tools.
