Job Description : Endpoint Security Administrator\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nThe Endpoint Security Administrator is responsible for securing and maintaining the security posture of enterprise endpoints through endpoint protection platforms, security baselines, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, encryption, and endpoint threat prevention technologies.\\\\r\\\\nCore Technical Skills\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint\\\\r\\\\n• SentinelOne (Preferred)\\\\r\\\\n• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)\\\\r\\\\n• Endpoint Hardening\\\\r\\\\n• Vulnerability Management and Remediation\\\\r\\\\n• Security Baselines and Compliance Management\\\\r\\\\n• BitLocker Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Conditional Access Dependencies\\\\r\\\\n• Entra ID Device Security Controls\\\\r\\\\n• Least Privilege Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Endpoint Compliance Monitoring\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage endpoint protection solutions including Defender for Endpoint and SentinelOne.\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor endpoint compliance and security posture across the organization.\\\\r\\\\n• Coordinate vulnerability remediation activities and track compliance.\\\\r\\\\n• Administer device encryption policies and BitLocker recovery processes.\\\\r\\\\n• Implement least-privilege and endpoint hardening standards.\\\\r\\\\n• Support incident response activities related to endpoint security events.\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor EDR alerts and ensure remediation of security incidents.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, IAM, and Networking teams to address endpoint risks.\\\\r\\\\n• Conduct security assessments and validate endpoint security configurations.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Experience\\\\r\\\\n• 3+ years of experience in Endpoint Security or Endpoint Protection administration.\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, BitLocker, security baselines, and vulnerability management.\\\\r\\\\n• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device compliance frameworks.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Certification\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (Preferred)\\\\r\\\\n• Defender for Endpoint Training/Certification\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
