Job Summary

 Role Overview: Manage patching projects and perform subject matter expertise in Windows patching to ensure timely and effective deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Windows patching projects end-to-end. Coordinate patch deployment with operations teams. Manage patching frameworks and architecture for Windows, Linux, AIX, Storage, Backup, Cloud, Database, IAM, Citrix tracks. Coordinate with the stakeholder, prepare resource burndown report Create project status report, present to all the stakeholder on the status of the project Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication. Ensure compliance with patching policies and SLAs. Provide expertise in patch troubleshooting and issue resolution. Prepare status reports and dashboards.

Skill Requirements

 Project management experience in IT infrastructure. Strong expertise in Windows patch management (SCCM, WSUS). Ansible script Knowledge of ITIL change management. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience with compliance reporting.
