Key Responsibilities
2. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents and escalations involving network security devices, minimizing downtime and risk.
3. Manage and enhance operational processes for security monitoring, change management, and incident response using IPS and Cisco ASA tools, driving continuous improvement and process innovation.
4. Mentor and guide the support team in advanced configuration, deployment, and maintenance of McAfee, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto solutions to ensure operational excellence and skill development.
5. Engage with clients to interpret security requirements, translating them into actionable operational tasks and ensuring all service delivery meets or exceeds defined SLAs.
6. Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in network security, fostering a culture of innovation and proactive risk management within the team.
