Job Summary

This role oversees the administration and operational excellence of Microsoft O365 messaging services for large, complex environments. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures service reliability, and empowers teams to deliver on client commitments. They are accountable for problem-solving, process innovation, and aligning support operations with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead O365 Administration and Messaging Services operations by managing incident resolution, service requests, and escalations using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
2. Implement advanced process improvements in O365 tenant management, utilizing reporting tools and dashboards to optimize system health, information flow, and operational transparency.
3. Oversee compliance and security configurations in Exchange Online and O365, ensuring adherence to organizational and client security policies.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex messaging and collaboration issues within Microsoft 365 environments.
5. Evaluate and introduce new tools, automation scripts, and best practices for O365 operations, driving innovation and efficiency in messaging service delivery.
6. Ensure effective communication of operational goals, technical updates, and project progress within the team and to relevant stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Powershell Scripting For Automation And Advanced Troubleshooting In Microsoft 365 Environments.
2. InDepth Understanding Of Messaging Protocols, Mail Flow, And Hybrid Environments.
3. Advanced Proficiency In Incident, Problem, And Change Management Processes Within EnterpriseScale O365 Deployments.
4. Strong Leadership Abilities In Mentoring Technical Teams And Driving Process Improvements.
5. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
