Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Optimize reporting and analytics processes by developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, enabling real-time performance monitoring and actionable business insights.
3. Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud service incidents, utilizing PowerShell and Python for in-depth diagnostics and rapid resolution.
4. Empower and mentor the support team by sharing best practices in PowerShell scripting, PowerBI data modeling, and Python automation, ensuring knowledge transfer and technical upskilling.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new technologies and process improvements within cloud collaboration environments, with a focus on increasing reliability and efficiency.
6. Ensure operational compliance with client SLAs by overseeing the support team’s execution of cloud messaging and collaboration tasks, and proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
7. Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging tools and methodologies in PowerShell, PowerBI, and Python to improve business processes and reporting capabilities.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced expertise in Python for workflow automation, data processing, and integration tasks within operational support environments.
3. Indepth knowledge of cloud messaging platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or similar).
