Job Summary
Job Responsibilities : • Wiring the Datadog integration — subscription filter selectivity, Kinesis Firehose → Datadog Intake pipeline operational • Working with MMA on the Datadog → ServiceNow connector — this is a critical dependency and will require close coordination with an external team (MMA) • Building and testing incident deduplication logic and auto-resolve on alarm OK • Configuring escalation rules in the alarm → ticket pipeline • Noise reduction work — establishing before/after alert volume benchmarks • Supporting IT4IT enrichment testing — validating that DynamoDB metadata is flowing correctly to ServiceNow tickets • Extending the full telemetry pipeline from 75 to 483 accounts — this is largely an operational deployment exercise, not new design • Validating Datadog ingest at scale — monitoring against license headroom, flagging if consumption is tracking over • Supporting app teams through onboarding for disconnected accounts (~120) — effectively a help desk + hands-on enablement function • Self-healing pattern configuration with approval gates • Knowledge Transfer Package — documenting operational procedures for the XOM team to run independently post-engagement
