Job Summary

This role is accountable for managing complex network operations for large-scale LAN/WAN environments, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring high standards in client service delivery. The individual provides expert leadership to operations teams, implements innovative process enhancements, and ensures the achievement of operational SLAs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee LAN/WAN network operations by leveraging advanced knowledge of routing, switching, and network monitoring tools such as Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, and SolarWinds, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
2. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex network incidents using packet analyzers like Wireshark and network management platforms to minimize downtime and service impact.
3. Implement and optimize network policies and security protocols utilizing firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) and network access controls to safeguard data integrity and compliance.
4. Drive process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in network operations through automation tools such as Ansible and Python scripting, enhancing operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
5. Mentor and empower network support teams by sharing expert knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies, ensuring skill development, transparent communication, and alignment with project goals.
6. Engage with clients to understand evolving network requirements, translating business needs into actionable network solutions while ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and service quality benchmarks.
7. Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, operational reports, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.

reate and implement network architectures, including LAN/WAN, cloud, and wireless solutions to meet business needs\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation\\\\r\\\\n• Implement and manage network protocols, including VPNs, to protect data and maintain secure connections\\\\r\\\\n• Work with IT teams to integrate systems and resolve network-related issues\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures \\\\r\\\\n• Maintain networks including routers, switches, load balancer, wireless network devices and other physical hardware\\\\r\\\\n• Install and configure network equipment, create network device configuration and upgrade device software\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor network infrastructure to improve network performance for all systems\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to other employees and management\\\\r\\\\n• Implement disaster recovery procedures\\\\r\\\\n• SDWAN Knowledge is must. Fortinet and Versa SDWAN certification is preferred

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS) certification required.
2. ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable
