Track Manager - Network LAN/WAN

Job Summary

This role is accountable for managing complex network operations for large-scale LAN/WAN environments, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring high standards in client service delivery. The individual provides expert leadership to operations teams, implements innovative process enhancements, and ensures the achievement of operational SLAs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Key Sourcing Information : Design Engineer, VoIP, and converged and virtualized technologies, MPLS, VoIP, VPN, SDWAN, and virtualized services, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Managed IP PBX, WAN optimization, basic Security, SDWAN, VNS, WAN, (W)LAN, Wireless, IPT, and Optimization services, Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, Aruba, Versa, Viptela, Red Hat, CCIE or equivalent

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Expertise In Cisco And Juniper Network Devices And Protocols (Ospf, Bgp, Mpls, Vlans).
2. Excellent Command Of Network Monitoring And Management Tools (Solarwinds, Wireshark, Snmp).
3. Advanced Knowledge Of Network Security Principles, Including Firewall Configuration And Vpn Technologies.
4. Strong Skills In Process Optimization, Automation (Python, Ansible), And Network Documentation.
5. Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Abilities, With A Focus On Team Empowerment And Operational Excellence.
6. Strong Analytical, ProblemSolving, And Client Engagement Skills.

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS) certification required.
2. ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable
