Key Responsibilities
2. Lead CyberArk PAM operations by configuring and maintaining Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM modules, enabling robust privileged account security and compliance.
3. Implement and optimize operational processes using advanced IDaaS and PAM tools to streamline management reporting, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
4. Mentor and guide technical teams in the deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of OKTA and CyberArk solutions, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
5. Analyze and address complex client requirements by designing and delivering tailored identity and access management solutions using OKTA and CyberArk platforms.
6. Drive innovation in operational practices by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and security best practices within the support landscape.
7. Ensure transparent and effective communication of operational goals, technical updates, and incident resolutions within the team to maintain alignment and high performance.
