Job Summary

This role is accountable for managing and optimizing large-scale identity management operations and vulnerability assessment processes. The individual drives operational excellence, ensures client SLAs are consistently met, and guides teams in the implementation and support of Oracle Identity Manager and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) solutions. They play a key role in process innovation, risk mitigation, and the delivery of secure, resilient IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage Oracle Identity Manager operations, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance reporting for large-scale enterprise environments.
2. Oversee VAPT activities using industry-standard tools to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities, ensuring robust protection of organizational assets.
3. Develop and implement advanced operational processes and automation scripts for identity management and vulnerability remediation, optimizing system performance and reliability.
4. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to support teams, facilitating knowledge sharing in Oracle Identity Manager configuration, integration, and VAPT methodologies.
5. Analyze and interpret complex security and operational reports, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and driving continuous service improvements.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical incidents and implement preventive measures, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements.
7. Champion process innovation by evaluating new tools and technologies in identity management and security testing, leading pilot implementations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Vapt Methodologies, Tools (Such As Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit), And Remediation Best Practices.
2. Solid Understanding Of Identity Governance, Access Management, And Compliance Frameworks.
3. Advanced Skills In Security Incident Response, Root Cause Analysis, And Risk Mitigation.
4. InDepth Experience With Process Automation (E.G., Scripting In Python, Powershell) For Operations Optimization.
5. Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Leadership Abilities, With A Focus On Delivering HighQuality Operational Outcomes.

Other Requirements

1. Recommended: Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist � Identity Management (optional but valuable).
2. Recommended: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) for advanced VAPT expertise (optional but valuable)
