Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for messaging platforms, leveraging monitoring and automation tools to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
3. Design and implement operational improvements for messaging systems, introducing innovations in monitoring, reporting, and workflow automation in line with organizational objectives.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in best practices for email security, compliance, and system performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and client messaging requirements, translating them into effective and scalable technical solutions within the messaging ecosystem.
6. Ensure messaging services meet or exceed client SLAs by proactively identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and conducting root cause analysis for recurring problems.
7. Evaluate, recommend, and deploy enhancements to messaging infrastructure, integrating new features of O365 and open-source email solutions as appropriate.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Scripting (Shell, Powershell) For Automation And Operational Efficiency.
3. Expertise In Email Security Protocols (Tls, Spf, Dkim, Dmarc) And AntiSpam/AntiPhishing Technologies.
4. Excellent Understanding Of Incident, Change, And Problem Management Processes In LargeScale Operations.
5. Strong Leadership And Mentoring Abilities With A Track Record Of Driving Operational Improvements And Innovation.
