Track Manager - Powershell, Python

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence in large-scale automation initiatives, focusing on continuous process improvement, advanced problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction through robust delivery of automation solutions. The individual empowers teams, fosters innovation in tooling strategies, and maintains accountability for meeting and exceeding client service levels within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee automation operations by architecting, deploying, and optimizing solutions using Python and Powershell, ensuring alignment with client lifecycle management objectives and business requirements.
2. Drive process enhancements and operational efficiency through advanced scripting and automation workflows, leveraging Python and Powershell for reporting, monitoring, and issue resolution in large-scale environments.
3. Provide expert technical guidance, mentoring, and support to project teams in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of automation solutions built with Python and Powershell.
4. Lead the evaluation and integration of new automation tools and frameworks, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in operational practices.
5. Analyze complex client requirements and translate them into actionable automation strategies using Python and Powershell, ensuring sustained SLA compliance and measurable business impact.
6. Champion best practices in automation, including secure credential management, robust error handling, and scalable script development using Python and Powershell.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Understanding Of Client Lifecycle Management Processes And Automation Strategies In Enterprise Environments.
2. Excellent Ability To Design, Deploy, And Maintain Automation Solutions Using Python And Powershell.
3. Strong Expertise In Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning, And Integrating Automation Workflows With Monitoring And Reporting Tools.
4. Excellent Communication And Mentoring Skills To Lead HighPerforming Technical Teams In Complex Automation Projects.
5. Advanced Knowledge Of Automation Best Practices, Including Security, Scalability, And Maintainability.
