Job Summary
Program Management Job Overview: • Assists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. • Monitors NRE and Compute Forecasts, Mountain Chart reviews, HC / Req Management, Management on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. • Coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, and priorities to achieve program progress • Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Supports the establishment of program goals and prioritizes deliverables under minimal supervision of Program Management stakeholders. • Take responsibility for multiple small programs/technology with minimal complexity or a single program/technology with moderate complexity by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines. • Builds and manages the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for multiple small programs or a single medium sized program, which includes schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, and prioritization/ • Tracks all key metrics pertaining to a program, provides early warning for potential metric deviations and escalates in timely manner when metrics deviate significantly from Plan of Record. • Coordinates the work of a small team on assigned tasks with guidance and maintains progress in tracking system. • Identifies program issues/risks and creates a risk mitigation plan for multiple small programs or a single medium-sized program. Maintains and updates the risk tracker. • Good verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject. • Supports the compliance of processes by following best practices and procedures and providing observations for process improvement. • Supports updating resource plan using Tempus Resource tool, manage projects resource plan vs actuals, across multiple sites and across multiple market segments. • Track core NRE forecast and gaps analysis, follow ups and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast, implement automation for data collection and analysis to reduce turnaround time. • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets complex data and program metrics through Dashboards using highly advanced tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs). • Support Ops/Org Reviews, Monthly Highlights roll-up, Org Development, Tech Days.

Other Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or related field. o 10-12 years of Project/Program Management or related work experience o Pre Si HW project Management – ASIC development. Preferred Qualifications: • 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience. • 2+ years of experience in a large matrixed organization. • 2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
