Project Manager - Infrastructure Services (L3)
Key Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Project Manager (L3) will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs and projects across multiple technology towers, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance leadership, risk management, and coordination across internal teams, customers, vendors, and third-party partners. The individual will drive complex infrastructure initiatives covering Cloud, Networks, Digital Workplace, Datacenter, Cyber Security, End User Computing, Observability Platforms, and Enterprise Operations.
Skill Requirements
Project Delivery & Governance Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation through closure. Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budget forecasts. Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, cost, and quality objectives. Establish governance frameworks and project control mechanisms. Conduct regular steering committee, governance, and stakeholder review meetings. Track project health through RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
