Job Summary

Role Summary We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of strategic digital experiences across complex internal and external-facing journeys. The role will shape product direction, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure consistent, accessible, high-quality user experiences across a multi-team delivery environment. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end UX activities from discovery through implementation across strategic digital journeys. • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to align customer needs, business outcomes and technology constraints. • Define experience strategies, user journeys, service interactions, prototypes and detailed interaction models. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, Delivery Leads, Service Designers and Content specialists. • Champion accessibility, usability, design consistency and evidence-based decision making. • Facilitate workshops, design reviews and playback sessions with senior and cross-functional stakeholders. • Support user research, usability testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback and insight. • Contribute to design standards, reusable patterns and quality assurance through delivery. Essential Skills & Experience • Significant UX design experience across large-scale digital products or platforms. • Strong command of user-centred design, interaction design and information architecture. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/design collaboration tooling. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and make pragmatic design decisions in complex environments. • Experience working within Agile and product-led delivery teams. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design choices to technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable Skills • Experience within Financial Services or another regulated enterprise environment. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. • Exposure to service design, journey mapping and design thinking methods. • Experience contributing to enterprise design systems and reusable design patterns. • Familiarity with digital platform ecosystems, developer-facing experiences or self-service journeys.
