Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\nJob Description: \\\\r\\\\nThe Scrum Master will work closely with the customer project POC’s, and the cross-functional project team. The Scrum Master will ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. By maintaining strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nImplementing Agile Framework Optimization  Implement Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. \\\\r\\\\n Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, PI Planning Board administrations , Internal Consulting). \\\\r\\\\n Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.\\\\r\\\\n Identify and resolve team-level impediments while escalating organization-wide barriers appropriately.\\\\r\\\\nProviding Mentorship & Agile Coaching  Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams. \\\\r\\\\n Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to strengthen Agile adoption across the organization. \\\\r\\\\nAdministering & Optimizing Atlassian Tools  Configure, customize, and optimize JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support Agile workflows.\\\\r\\\\n Develop and maintain custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and automation rules to enhance team productivity. \\\\r\\\\nGenerating Executive Reports & Dashboards  Build and maintain dynamic and insightful dashboards in JIRA and Confluence to provide real-time visibility into Agile team performance. \\\\r\\\\n Translate Agile metrics into meaningful executive reports that drive informed decision-making. \\\\r\\\\n Develop tracking mechanisms to measure Agile maturity and team efficiency over time. \\\\r\\\\n Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Agile success. \\\\r\\\\nTracking Performance Metrics & Driving Continuous Improvement  Define and track Agile performance metrics, including sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, and team capacity utilization.\\\\r\\\\n Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. \\\\r\\\\n Leading Team Development  Act as a servant leader for the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. \\\\r\\\\n Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to maximize team effectiveness. \\\\r\\\\n Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and accountability. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEducation And Work Experience:\\\\r\\\\n 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role. \\\\r\\\\n Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level. \\\\r\\\\n Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies. \\\\r\\\\n Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred. \\\\r\\\\n Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred. \\\\r\\\\n Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred.
