Job Summary

Customer Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end project as per customer guidelines

Skill Requirements

Experience in managing IT Infra projects o Experience in end-to-end project management of medium & complex projects spanning for more than 6 months o Handled tracks/ workstreams/ projects independently as part of large programs/ portfolios o Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues o Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements o Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint o Ability to work during weekends if required (for maintenance/ migration activities, handling escalations etc. 

Other Requirements

Agile project management o Telcom/ Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred o Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software o Experience in contract Change Management process o Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged o Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira / Rally
