Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence in large-scale automation initiatives by leveraging advanced Python and PowerShell expertise to optimize reporting, analytics, and process automation. The position empowers teams, ensures client requirements are met, and fosters continuous improvement through innovative solutions and effective leadership, directly impacting organizational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by architecting and optimizing automated solutions using Python and PowerShell, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of operational insights.
2. Oversee development and maintenance of automation scripts and tools in Python and PowerShell to streamline business processes, enhance data integration, and improve information flow.
3. Mentor and guide team members in advanced scripting, data visualization, and analytics best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
4. Analyze complex operational challenges and design robust automation strategies utilizing Python and PowerShell to support business process improvements and organizational planning.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret client requirements, translating them into actionable automation solutions that ensure adherence to SLAs and drive business results.
6. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating advanced features into reporting and analytics tools, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Command Of Powershell For Automation, System Integration, And Reporting Tasks.
2. Advanced Knowledge Of Reporting Frameworks, Data Visualization, And Analytics Tools.
3. Excellent Analytical And ProblemSolving Skills For Designing Automation Solutions In Complex Environments.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Mentoring, Technical Leadership, And Team Empowerment Within The Automation Domain.
5. Strong Understanding Of Business Process Automation, Operational Management, And Client Sla Adherence.

Other Requirements

1. Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Automation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, or relevant Python analytics certifications
