Track Manager - RSA Archer, RSA Aveksa, RSA SecurID

Job Summary

This role oversees the operational management and technical delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using RSA Archer and Aveksa platforms. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures adherence to client service levels, mentors technical teams, and implements innovative practices to optimize access governance and lifecycle management processes within large or complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational excellence initiatives leveraging RSA Archer and Aveksa to optimize GRC processes, streamline access governance workflows, and enhance management reporting for large-scale client environments.
2. Oversee and resolve complex incidents and service requests using GRC Platforms, ensuring alignment with client SLAs and regulatory requirements.
3. Mentor and guide support teams in technical troubleshooting, best practices, and advanced configuration of access management and lifecycle management tools within the RSA Archer and Aveksa ecosystem.
4. Analyze and implement process improvements in access governance using VIA Lifecycle Manager and related technologies, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and compliance requirements into actionable platform enhancements and technical solutions on Archer and Aveksa.
6. Provide expert input on risk mitigation strategies, platform upgrades, and integration of new features to support continuous improvement of GRC operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Technical Troubleshooting And ProblemSolving Skills Within Grc Platforms.
2. Advanced Knowledge Of Grc Frameworks, Access Certification, And Compliance Operations.
3. Strong Understanding Of Platform Integration, Reporting, And Automation Using Archer And Aveksa.
4. Excellent Leadership, Mentoring, And Communication Skills To Empower Technical Teams.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Process Optimization And ClientFocused Solution Delivery Within Complex Enterprise Environments.
