Track Manager - RabbitMQ, IBM MQ

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Administer and support IBM DataPower Gateway and IBM API Connect platforms. Install, configure, upgrade, and patch DataPower and API Connect environments. Design, deploy, and manage APIs, API Products, and Developer Portals. Configure API security policies including OAuth, JWT, TLS/SSL, LDAP, and API Key authentication. Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability. Handle certificate lifecycle management and gateway security configurations. Perform migration of APIs across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Support CI/CD integration for API deployments and automation. Analyze logs, trace transactions, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents. Work with application and infrastructure teams to resolve integration and connectivity issues. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Participate in production releases, change management, and on-call support activities.
