Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics, implementing automation using SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) or similar tools, and optimizing support processes for efficiency and quality.
3. Oversee complex incident, problem, and change management activities within SAP BASIS and HANA environments, utilizing tools such as SAP HANA Cockpit and SAP EarlyWatch Alert to proactively resolve issues and minimize downtime.
4. Mentor and guide the SAP support team in advanced BASIS and HANA administration tasks, empowering team members through knowledge sharing and technical coaching.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into actionable SAP operational solutions that leverage SAP HANA’s advanced features for business impact.
6. Evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative technologies and methodologies, such as SAP HANA system replication and high availability setups, to enhance system stability and support organizational growth.
7. Ensure robust backup, recovery, and security protocols for SAP platforms, utilizing SAP HANA Studio and SAP Security tools to safeguard data integrity and compliance.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Experience With Sap Solution Manager, Sap Hana Cockpit, Sap Hana Studio, And Sap Landscape Management.
3. Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes For Incident, Problem, And Change Management Within Sap Environments.
4. Excellent Leadership, Mentoring, And Stakeholder Communication Skills.
5. Advanced Ability To Drive Process Automation, Operational Optimization, And Innovative Solutions In Sap Operations.
