Job Summary

This role oversees the operational management of SharePoint security, focusing on TLS/SSL protocols to ensure robust protection and compliance in complex enterprise environments. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives, addresses advanced problem-solving requirements, and leads a team of support engineers to meet and exceed client service level agreements. The individual is responsible for implementing innovative solutions and maintaining high standards of information integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the administration and security configuration of SharePoint environments using SharePoint Tools and security protocols, ensuring robust implementation of TLS/SSL to protect data in transit and meet compliance standards.
2. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex SharePoint security incidents, leveraging advanced knowledge of TLS/SSL certificate management and secure authentication mechanisms.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SharePoint support operations by analyzing performance metrics and introducing automation or process enhancements using relevant SharePoint and security tools.
4. Mentor and guide the SharePoint support team in applying security best practices, including regular vulnerability assessments and remediation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret and translate client security requirements into actionable SharePoint support deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory mandates.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SharePoint security configurations, TLS/SSL deployments, and incident response protocols to ensure operational transparency and consistent knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Sharepoint Security Concepts, Including Tls/Ssl Protocols, Certificate Lifecycle Management, And Secure Authentication Methods.
2. Advanced Skills In Troubleshooting And Resolving Sharepoint Security Issues, Particularly Related To Encryption, Access Control, And Compliance.
