Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Lead process improvement initiatives in SAP Security administration and GRC controls, leveraging automation and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
3. Manage escalations and resolve complex SAP Security and GRC issues by applying expert knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and risk management frameworks.
4. Engage with clients to understand security and compliance requirements, ensuring the support team delivers on SLAs and proactively addresses emerging risks.
5. Mentor and empower the SAP Security & GRC operations team by providing expert guidance, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
6. Drive adoption of new SAP Security features and GRC modules, evaluating emerging technologies and implementing best practices to strengthen service delivery.
7. Develop and monitor key operational metrics using SAP Solution Manager and reporting tools to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in service operations.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Service Line Management Within Enterprise It Operations.
3. InDepth Experience With Sap Solution Manager And Related Monitoring/Reporting Tools.
4. Strong Analytical And ProblemSolving Skills For Complex Incident And Risk Resolution.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Stakeholder Management And Team Leadership.
6. Excellent Understanding Of It Compliance, Audit, And Regulatory Frameworks Related To Sap Environments.
