Job Summary
This role oversees the administration and operational excellence of enterprise SharePoint environments, driving continuous improvement, advanced troubleshooting, and the delivery of collaboration solutions. The position ensures optimal system performance, meets client SLAs, and empowers team members through expert technical guidance and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities
2. Oversee SharePoint operations by implementing advanced monitoring tools and workflows to proactively address performance, capacity, and security issues.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics within SharePoint environments and introducing automation using SharePoint Online Management Shell and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
4. Mentor and guide the SharePoint support team in complex troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change management processes, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate organizational requirements into SharePoint solutions, utilizing expertise in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and integration with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
6. Ensure compliance with client SLAs by establishing robust support protocols, timely escalation procedures, and delivering detailed management reports using Power BI and SharePoint analytics.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating and recommending new collaboration features, process improvements, and governance models in alignment with Microsoft 365 roadmap and best practices.
Skill Requirements
2. Excellent Skills In Microsoft 365 Administration, Including Integration With Teams And Onedrive.
3. Expert In Troubleshooting Sharepoint Issues And Implementing Solutions For High Availability And Disaster Recovery.
4. Excellent Understanding Of Sharepoint Security, Compliance, And Governance Best Practices.
5. Advanced Experience In Process Optimization, Operational Reporting, And Workflow Automation Within Sharepoint Environments.
6. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor Technical Teams And Engage With Business Stakeholders.

2. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (Optional but valuable
