Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence in large-scale environments by leading the management and optimization of Splunk ITSI/Enterprise platforms. The position empowers teams, ensures alignment with client SLAs, and fosters continuous improvement through technical leadership, robust problem-solving, and innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational excellence using Splunk ITSI/Enterprise by architecting and optimizing monitoring solutions for large-scale environments to ensure high system availability and performance.
2. Develop and implement advanced automation scripts in Bash and Python to streamline incident response, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
3. Analyze and interpret complex data in Splunk ITSI to proactively identify patterns, predict issues, and provide actionable insights for service improvements.
4. Mentor and empower teams by providing expert technical guidance on EMS platform best practices, process improvements, and tool utilization.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Splunk ITSI dashboards and alerts, ensuring alignment with client SLAs and operational objectives.
6. Champion process innovation by evaluating and integrating new monitoring tools and automation frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Developing Automation Scripts Using Bash And Python.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Ems Platform Management, Monitoring Architecture, And Operational Analytics.
3. Solid Understanding Of Incident, Problem, And Change Management Within LargeScale It Operations.
4. Excellent Ability To Mentor Teams, Drive Process Innovation, And Align Technology Solutions To Business Needs.

Other Requirements

1. Splunk Certified Admin or Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin (recommended).
2. Python Certification (optional but valuable)
