Track Manager - Terraform, Python, JenKins

Job Summary

This role provides expert leadership in automating, optimizing, and managing cloud-based operations for large-scale projects. The individual drives continuous improvement in operational processes, empowers teams through technical mentorship, and ensures client requirements are met by leveraging advanced automation tools and scripting expertise. They champion innovation to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and PowerShell, ensuring scalable and secure cloud environments across multiple projects.
2. Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Python, streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual intervention.
3. Oversee the automation of operational tasks and incident response using PowerShell scripting, enhancing system reliability and minimizing downtime.
4. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in cloud automation, fostering skill development and operational efficiency.
5. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging automation tools and integrating them into existing workflows to improve process effectiveness and reporting.
6. Ensure operational compliance with client SLAs, proactively addressing issues through automated monitoring and reporting solutions.
7. Collaborate within the team to analyze complex client requirements and architect tailored automation solutions that address business needs and support organizational growth.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Powershell Scripting Skills For Process Automation And Systems Administration
2. Advanced Experience With Python For Automation Scripting And Integration Tasks
3. InDepth Knowledge Of Jenkins For Ci/Cd Pipeline Design And Maintenance
4. Strong Understanding Of Cloud Platforms (Aws, Azure, Or Gcp) And Cloud Automation Best Practices
5. Advanced Proficiency In Troubleshooting, ProblemSolving, And Process Optimization Within LargeScale Environments
6. Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Abilities, With A Focus On Driving Innovation And Continuous Improvement
