Job Summary

This role provides expert leadership in the management and automation of hybrid cloud operations, driving continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes. The individual empowers teams, ensures operational excellence, and delivers innovative solutions to support large-scale, complex projects while aligning with client objectives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead automation and orchestration initiatives using Terraform and Python to streamline cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management across hybrid environments.
2. Oversee deployment pipelines and version control processes with Github GIT and CloudBuild to ensure robust, auditable, and repeatable operations.
3. Design and implement advanced configuration management solutions using Ansible to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
4. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and introducing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
5. Mentor and guide the operations team in leveraging automation tools, enforcing best practices, and maintaining high standards for security and compliance in cloud operations.
6. Collaborate with clients to understand complex requirements, ensuring operational solutions are tailored to meet and exceed expectations within SLA parameters.
7. Provide expert problem-solving for escalated issues, delivering timely and effective solutions that support business objectives and client satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Python For Scripting, Automation, And Operational Tool Development.
2. Advanced Experience With Github Git For Source Control And Collaborative Development Workflows.
3. Strong Knowledge Of Cloudbuild For Ci/Cd Pipeline Automation In Cloud Operations.
4. InDepth Expertise In Ansible For Configuration Management And Automated Deployments.
5. Excellent Understanding Of Hybrid Cloud Architectures, Automation Strategies, And Operational Best Practices.
6. Advanced ProblemSolving And Mentorship Abilities In Supporting LargeScale, Complex Operational Projects.

Other Requirements

1. Optional but valuable: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer � Professional, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation.
2. Relevant Python automation certifications are advantageous
