Job Summary

This role provides expert leadership in managing, optimizing, and securing privileged access environments using industry-leading PAM platforms and Active Directory. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and empowers teams to meet complex client requirements in large-scale enterprise settings. They play a critical part in maintaining robust identity security, resolving escalated issues, and aligning access management operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational excellence initiatives by managing and optimizing PAM solutions using BeyondTrust, Avecto, and Thycotic Privilege Manager to ensure secure access and compliance with organizational policies.
2. Oversee Active Directory administration, including advanced privilege assignment, auditing, and troubleshooting, ensuring robust identity and access management across the enterprise.
3. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing PAM operations data, implementing process enhancements, and adopting automation tools to streamline privileged access workflows.
4. Mentor and guide the support team in advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution involving BeyondTrust Password Safe and related PAM technologies, ensuring prompt and effective issue management.
5. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex PAM and Active Directory operations issues, providing expert solutions that align with client requirements and organizational security standards.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize reporting and monitoring systems for privileged account activities, supporting audit and compliance initiatives.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies and best practices into the PAM operations framework to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Thycotic Privilege Manager For Managing Privileged Access And Enforcing Security Policies.
2. ExpertLevel Skills In Active Directory Administration, Including Privilege Delegation, Auditing, And Advanced Troubleshooting.
3. Advanced Proficiency In Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, And Process Improvement Within Pam Environments.
4. Excellent Ability To Analyze Complex Operational Data And Implement Automation For Privileged Access Management.
5. Strong Communication And Mentoring Skills To Empower Technical Teams And Drive Operational Excellence.

1. Recommended certifications: BeyondTrust Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Thycotic Privilege Manager Certification (optional but valuable)
Maximum Salary (US):  150000
Minimum Salary (US):  120000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
