Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Implement advanced monitoring and automation tools for VMWare NSX and SDN to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and virtualization issues.
3. Architect and oversee change, incident, and problem management processes across DC Virtualization and SDN platforms, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and continuous service improvement.
4. Mentor and empower support teams by providing expert guidance on VMWare NSX and SDN problem resolution, technical escalations, and adoption of emerging virtualization and SDN solutions.
5. Drive process innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools, scripts, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reporting within the virtualized data center environment.
6. Engage with clients to translate technical requirements into actionable operations strategies, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business objectives.
7. Ensure robust documentation of operational procedures, incident resolutions, and architectural changes within VMWare NSX and SDN platforms to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
