4. Mentor and guide support teams in troubleshooting advanced issues related to Symantec backup technologies, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
5. Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs by monitoring backup job status, proactively resolving incidents, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders on progress and escalations.
6. Evaluate and implement new Symantec and EMC product features or patches, recommending innovative solutions to strengthen data protection and operational resilience.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for backup policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
