Job Summary

Job Summary : Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for large scale networks. Maintain and optimize enterprise network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and network monitoring tools Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues, including firewall misconfigurations, connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks. Implement network changes, upgrades and patches following change management processes. Develop and implement network security policies, rules and access controls based on industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning related to network infrastructure. Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst Series switches and Arista switches. Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex incidents Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale network environments.
