Job Summary

Cloud Network Architecture & Design Design and implement cloud networking architectures across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Define network standards, connectivity models, segmentation strategies, and architecture best practices. Develop scalable and resilient network designs aligned with business and cloud adoption objectives. Connectivity & Hybrid Integration Design and manage cloud connectivity solutions including VPNs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, SD-WAN, and hybrid networking services. Enable secure connectivity between cloud platforms, datacenters, applications, and third-party services. Support network integration during cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Network Security & Governance Implement and manage network security controls including firewalls, NSGs, security groups, routing policies, and access controls. Enforce network segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and secure connectivity architectures. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements. Network Operations & Reliability Ensure network availability, performance, scalability, and resilience across cloud environments. Define monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness requirements. Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and network resilience planning. Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution Lead investigation and resolution of network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and service disruptions. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues. Collaboration & Advisory Work closely with Cloud Architects, Security Architects, Platform Engineers, and Operations teams. Provide technical guidance on networking solutions, technology selection, and architecture decisions. Support cloud transformation, application migration, and digital modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues using Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
2. Oversee network operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance with Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational and client requirements.
4. Mentor and guide the support team in troubleshooting, escalation management, and adoption of best practices for Cisco networking technologies and SDWAN.
5. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into actionable network operations strategies using Cisco and SDWAN toolsets.
6. Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging Cisco networking and SDWAN technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and security.
7. Ensure robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and transparent communication of network operations policies and procedures across teams.
