5. Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new features in Citrix XenDesktop, PVS, and MCS to enhance operational capabilities and streamline support processes.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports and dashboards using Citrix Director and related tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
