Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. Lead workplace virtualization support teams in troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues with Citrix XenDesktop, ensuring seamless virtual desktop delivery and high client satisfaction.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data from Citrix tools and implementing automation using PowerShell to reduce manual effort and error rates.
4. Mentor and guide support personnel in applying best practices for XenDesktop configuration, image management, and application publishing within enterprise-scale deployments.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving client requirements and proactively adjust XenDesktop policies and configurations to align with business needs.
6. Introduce and evaluate new technologies and features within the Citrix ecosystem to improve service efficiency, security, and scalability.
7. Oversee compliance with organizational policies and client SLAs, providing regular management reporting and actionable insights using Citrix analytics platforms.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, And Group Policy Management As Applied To Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
3. Solid Experience With Automation And Scripting Tools (Powershell) For Operational Efficiency In Xendesktop Environments.
4. Strong Analytical And ProblemSolving Abilities With Advanced Troubleshooting Of Complex Virtualization Issues.
