Key Responsibilities

3. Mentor and guide the support team in advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex imaging and deployment issues using SCCM and related tools.
4. Drive process improvement initiatives by introducing automation, monitoring, and reporting enhancements within imaging operations to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze client feedback, translate requirements into actionable SCCM configuration changes, and ensure high service quality.
6. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in endpoint management and integrating best practices to strengthen imaging methodologies and operational resilience.
7. Ensure robust documentation and knowledge sharing on SCCM deployment processes, Zero Touch methodologies, and lessons learned to empower team capability.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Troubleshooting Windows Os Imaging, Driver Management, And Application Packaging Within Sccm Environments.
3. Strong Understanding Of Operational Process Improvement, Automation, And Reporting In Enterprise It Support Settings.
