Job Summary

We have an immediate need for a skilled Training Content Developer with Training Facilitation experience in managing and executing large-scale transformation projects using authoring tools. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of delivering process and technical expertise tailored to various end-user groups, aligned to SDLC Process, Operating Model and/or other Agile Delivery Framework changes. This role requires a deep understanding of the overarching processes and common transactions of SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and understand stakeholder requirements
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Build curriculum
  • Develop training materials – job aids, user guides, quick reference guides
  • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more authoring tools
  • Support and facilitate either in-person or virtual delivery of end-user training for process changes
  • Ability to record and create training videos

 

Competencies and Experience:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication in English language is essential for a training content developer. They need to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Knowledge of Training Tools and Content Development: Proven experience in defining and developing effective training materials using at least two of the following:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360
    • Camtasia
    • SAP Enable Now
    • WalkMe / WhatFix – DAP experience
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing requirements and feedback is important. 
  • Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to present information is essential.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective collaboration within the team and with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders is important.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently is crucial for managing multiple projects and deadlines.

 

 Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of DAPs like Whatfix tool
  • Basic understanding of SCORM architecture / LMS hooks
  • Capability with video content creation tools
  • Experience in consulting engagements 
  • Experience working as part of a Change Management team

Skill Requirements

  • Training Content Developers and Facilitators for delivering either Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) courses, Operating Model course training, or similar Agile Software Delivery training.
  • Ability to design, author and create training content 
  • Experience facilitating training to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comprehension of basic instructional design principles and best practices
  • MS Office (PPT, Word, etc.).
  • Experience using content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, EnableNow
  • English, well-spoken and excellent written skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
