Job Summary

To coordinate and execute learning solutions (identified areas) and ensure fulfillment of learning needs for identified segments

Key Responsibilities

1. To Coordinate And Execute Post Training Assessment And Impact Mapping
2. To Coordinate The Logistics Of Learning Solutions Delivery Eg. Booking Of Training Room| Working With Administration To Ensure Availability Of Accessories For Program Delivery
3. To Coordinate With Business Managers And Respective Business Partner Hr To Ensure Right Participation And Utilization Of The Available Learning Opportunities
4. To Execute The Learning Solution Through Collaboration With The Trainer| Respective Managers And The Business Hr Including Post Learning Phase Follow Up| Assessment And Review
5. To Maintain Data| Reports And Documents As Per Process Requirements
