Transition Practice Head

Job Summary

To manage and develop the transition practice at HCL by using various tools to ensure the successful transition of knowledge and processes from the customer/vendor(s) to HCL during delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the operations of ASSeT™© and Transition practice.
2. To provide transition solutions for large deals involving multiple service transition and emphasizing the differentiating factors for the client.
3. To ensure the successful multi-service transition involving multiple internal stakeholders in the vertical delivery teams during rebadging.
4. To conduct due-diligence workshops at customer locations during the bidding stage to demonstrate capability and differentiation nature of ASSeT™©| among the finalists selected.
5. To lead| guide and manage the team for enhanced productivity. (please provide the time for this activity)
6. To contribute to the transition and ASSeT™ development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
