To educate new joiners, monitor trips and their allocation, support team members in executing functions and operate routematic application for document validation and vehicle registration

Key Responsibilities

1. To Educate New Joiners, Initiate Registration Process On Routematic Application, And Monitor Employee Check-In And Check-Out To Ensure Employee Safety And Absence Validation.
2. To Monitor Cab Arrivals And Departures And Ensure They Are Completed As Per The Sla
3. To Handle Bcp Situation As Per Management Advice And Organize Meetings With Managers To Ensure Employee Feedback Is Validated And Shared With Employees
4. To Ensure All Communication Regarding Trip Allocation, Short Deployment Reports, Panic/Over Speeding Alerts, And Employee Concerns Is Sent To The Vendor For Corrective Action
5. To Support The Team In Conducting Daily Drivers' Briefing Sessions, Audit Vehicle Condition, Prepare Schedules & Routing For All Logins And Logouts With 24/7 Coverage, And Validate Trips For Billing
6. To Validate Statutory Documents And Process Vehicle Induction By Uploading Documents On The Routematic Application
7. To Manage Vendors Providing Services In The Premises And Monitor Inventory Within The Assigned Facilities
8. To Maintain Business Relations With Vendors For Office Supplies, And Ensure Timely Payments To Vendors
9. To Manage Facility Integration Planning And Execution On The Mergers And Acquisitions.
10. To Coordinate With Internal Regional/Local Partners To Ensure Proper Execution Of Projects, Hold Accountability For Leases, Portfolio Of Assets, And Act As An Advisor To Hcl’S Management Team On Leasing And Facilities Management Matters
