Job Summary
Require a UI/UX Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to design, analyze, and optimize user experiences across Salesforce platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences within Salesforce ecosystems by combining UX research, design thinking, and close collaboration with business and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications, and will work closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experience journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for Salesforce applications (Lightning Experience, custom objects, flows, and pages).
- Support the team with the development of prototypes to validate concepts and ensure alignment with scope, business requirements, and Salesforce platform standards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce development teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, efficient, and scalable digital experiences.
- Conduct UX research specific to Salesforce users, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations.
- Analyze user behavior, workflows, and CRM interaction data to identify pain points and UX improvement opportunities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Salesforce-optimized UX designs, including:
- Lightning App pages
- Record pages
- Console experiences
- Salesforce Flows and guided screens
- Ensure UI/UX designs align with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Review and evaluate existing Salesforce UI configurations for usability, efficiency, and consistency.
- Partner with developers during build and UAT phases to validate design integrity and usability.
- Document UX standards, design patterns, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Support usability testing, A/B testing, and post‑release UX evaluations within Salesforce environments.
Required Skills & Competencies
Salesforce UX & Platform Skills
- Strong experience designing UX for Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, flows, validation rules, and role-based access.
- Experience designing for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations.
UX & Research Skills
- Solid grounding in UX principles, human-centered design, and usability heuristics.
- Experience conducting UX research and usability testing for enterprise or CRM applications.
- Ability to convert research insights into actionable Salesforce design improvements.
Design & Prototyping Tools
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar tools.
- Experience creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes.
- Familiarity with prototyping Salesforce-specific experiences is a plus.
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Experience using analytics and feedback tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, Hotjar, Google Analytics).
- Ability to interpret CRM usage data and workflow efficiency metrics.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is an advantage.
