Vendor Risk Mgmt. Manager

Job Summary

To contribute in the development of Vendor Risk Management Framework; and conduct risk assessments for HCL's vendors to assess the risk exposure, potential threats and vulnerabilities related to vendor(s).

Key Responsibilities

1. To Manage Vendor Selection & Contracting Process For Relevant Vendors By Reviewing Applicable Contractual Clauses From A Technology Risk Perspective.
2. To Contribute To The Design And Development Of Third Party Risk Management Framework And Supporting Tools.
3. To Ensure Internal Quality Standards Are Met From A Documentation Perspective.
4. To Execute Remote And Onsite Risk Assessments In Adherence To The Shared Assessments Methodology (Sig) As Per Defined Audit Calendar And Publish Reports Appropriately.
5. To Publish Dashboards/Metrics Of Open Risks, Contractual Support And Adherence Of Audit Calendar.
