Job Summary
The GCC Delivery Excellence & Shared Services Manager will drive operational governance, LOB-wise performance tracking, headcount analysis, and shared services oversight across the GCC. The role will support leadership with data-driven insights, service performance management, and scalable governance across HR, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own GCC delivery governance, operating cadence, scorecards, and executive reporting.
- Track LOB-wise financial performance, budgets, cost trends, productivity, and variance analysis.
- Monitor headcount plans, hiring progress, pyramid mix, utilization, attrition, and capacity trends.
- Define and manage KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and business review packs across functions.
- Oversee shared services performance across HR, F&A, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Facilities.
- Drive process standardization, SOPs, automation, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify delivery risks, cost leakages, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with LOB leaders, enabling functions, and global stakeholders to improve service outcomes.
Support transition, stabilization, and scaling of new services into the GCC.
Skill Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in GCC Delivery excellence + GCC Shared services.
- Strong experience in financial performance tracking, headcount analytics, operational governance, and executive reporting.
- Rich experience in setting up Shared services functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Facilities.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, ERP, HRMS, procurement, or workflow tools.
